An early-morning crash in Detroit turned into absolute chaos after a teen driving a suspected stolen Ford F-150 slammed into another vehicle and then crashed straight into a house.
According to Fox 2 Detroit, the violent collision left one woman hospitalized and badly damaged a home at the corner of Evergreen and Outer Drive.
The most shocking part is how much destruction the truck caused in just a few seconds.
Police say the F-150 first struck a woman’s car so hard that the impact spun the vehicle around and sent its engine flying into a nearby yard.
The Crash Happened Right In Front Of Her Boyfriend

The woman had reportedly just met her boyfriend outside his house moments before the crash.
He told Fox 2 that he was walking toward the porch when he saw the speeding truck coming.
“As she was pulling off, I was walking to the porch. I got to the door, and I saw it before it even happened. The car was flying,” he said.
“She had the right of way, and the car came through and hit her.”
Doorbell camera footage reportedly captured the crash.
The woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Thankfully, her boyfriend later said she is expected to survive.
The Truck Then Crashed Into A House
After hitting the woman’s car, the Ford F-150 kept going.
The truck then slammed into a nearby house, where homeowner Warren Scott was asleep in a chair just feet away from the impact zone.
He said the crash immediately woke him up.
“I heard a big crash, a big boom,” Scott said.
“It startled me, scared me. I was like, ‘Oh my God, something hit my house.’”
The Impact Damaged The Entire Home
The force of the crash reportedly shifted the home itself.
Scott said cracks appeared throughout the property, including in the living room, staircase, and bathroom.
The collision also damaged one of the doors so badly that he couldn’t open it.
Then things got even worse.
Scott looked outside and realized the truck had caught fire.
“I looked out the window, and the car was on fire, so I said I’ve got to get out of here,” he said.
Firefighters had to pry open the damaged door so he could escape safely.
Police Say The Driver Was Just 15 Years Old

According to state police, officers had attempted to stop the suspected stolen truck a few blocks away.
Police say the driver refused to stop and sped off.
Authorities said they did not actively pursue the truck due to department policy, but officers still witnessed the crash happen.
The driver was later identified as a 15-year-old boy.
He was taken to the hospital before being released to his mother.
Charges May Be Coming
Police say the case is now being reviewed by prosecutors.
Potential charges include possession of a stolen vehicle and failing to stop for police.
Meanwhile, one woman is recovering from serious injuries, a homeowner is dealing with major structural damage, and a stolen truck case has turned into something far more serious in a matter of seconds.
