Other comments also allege to being witness to the chase, with another person writing, “He passed me flying on Union to Shaker he was coming from Manchester Road and I heard sirens but didn’t see anything when I went through that intersection, then he came around the intersection sideways & almost pushed me into the Christmas Tree Farms ditch, he was going so fast I didn’t think he would make that sharp curve ahead going on to Shaker then into Franklin.
I then saw the Middletown cruisers stop at that intersection and turn around at Manchester/Union because he was long gone by then… When I made it to Shaker, he was nowhere in sight… I prayed at that point for everyone to be safe .“
Police officers from the Miamisburg Police Department were able to apprehend the suspect and transport him to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the first vehicle he hit was also taken to the hospital. No serious injuries were reported.
