The chance to see a supercar such as a Pagani is something many of us dream of. Being able to lay eyes on just one of them is a sight to behold. So imagine the shock on people’s faces when over $200 million worth of Pagani supercars suddenly appeared in Washington, D.C.

The footage of the cars appearing came thanks to Camelia on Instagram, who spied the huge array of supercars while they were parked up. From a first glance, you’d think you had accidentally strolled into Monaco, but this really was seen in the heart of the American capital.

We don’t know exactly why all these Italian supercars suddenly appeared in Washington, but really, who cares when you have this many of them all in one spot? Camelia said that there were at least 40 of the supercars gathered in a truly remarkable display.

Supercar gatherings like this are quite rare, even more so when most of them are from the same brand too. The total value of these cars was over $200 million, so plenty of people with deep pockets had clearly decided to have a play day.

How Many Pagani Supercars Were in the American Capital?

A second video from Camelia stated that there were wound 40 of the Pagani supercars parked up in the same location. But we don’t have any details as to why they were there, who brought them in, or where they were heading. Perhaps a bunch of owners just wanted to have their own private gathering with their multi-million-pound collections.

Regardless of why they were there, seeing so many in one place was an incredible sight. Everything from the Pagani Zonda, Huayra, to the Utopia was on display, with them all in a wide array of colors. A Huayra Roadster is visible in the video, while we can also see the Utopia in a few colors, such as yellow, black, and blue. A Huayra BC also appears to be in shot.

Sadly, the footage is quite short, so we don’t get a full rundown of the cars. Interestingly, each one appeared to have a number sticker on the doors, very much suggesting that this was an organized lineup of the supercars. Commenters on the videos who were also in the capital referenced the supercars being ‘everywhere’ over a few days, so the cars clearly got around the city.

Supercar Gatherings Like This Are Incredibly Rare

Gatherings like this don’t happen that much, especially outside of major organized events. With little extra information available, it’s hard to work out why these cars were all gathered together. The stickers on the side suggested that this was a somewhat organized event, and not just a random, chance gathering of over 40 Pagani supercars. But we do not know the reasoning behind the gathering.

The bright yellow and stunning Utopia is possibly the most eye-catching of the cars on display. Introduced in 2022, the Utopia is still in production and follows on from the Zonda and the Huayra. It has a 6.0-liter Mercedes twin-turbocharged V12 under the hood, producing up to 852hp and 811lb-ft of torque. In total, Pagani plans to build 99 coupe versions, as well as 130 roadster variants of the Utopia. We are incredibly jealous of those who have gotten to see such an amazing bunch of cars like this, all in one place.
