The clip, shared on X by the Clown World account, appears to show a woman physically standing inside an empty street parking space while a Range Rover driver attempts to claim it. The woman seemingly intends to reserve the spot for another vehicle, while the driver appears determined to park there before that vehicle arrives.
There is no audio accompanying the widely shared clip, so it’s impossible to know exactly what was said between the two. The footage nevertheless shows the driver outside his Range Rover speaking with the woman as she remains firmly planted in the empty space.

After the conversation fails to resolve the dispute, the driver gets back behind the wheel. He then appears to maneuver the Range Rover into position to reverse toward the space.
