A pretty wild video from April 5, 2026, has resurfaced on Facebook, featuring a girl who decided to drive into her parents’ house because they didn’t want to give her any more money. I’m not sure how a dispute over money equals a totalled car, but here we are.

The entire video lacks particularly defining details, including where it took place and the name of the suspect. However, it does say her first name is Chloe, and according to one officer’s arm badge, they are in O’Fallon, Missouri. Well, Chloe made things incredibly hard for officers who were answering a call placed by her own father.

According to Chloe’s family, she had been asking them for money for a while and was very recently given $1,000. When the officers arrived at her location, they found that she was trespassing on her parents’ property, with her vehicle halfway into the driveway.

Instead of complying with officers and giving her side of the story for a smooth resolution, she took things a little too far, resulting in the crash and being pulled from her vehicle by force.

Officers Tried Talking Her Down, but She Had Other Plans

The video above, reposted to Facebook by user Zephyra Dawn, shows how things escalated for 23-year-old Chloe after her father called the police since she was trespassing on his property. When they arrived, Chloe was seated in the driver’s seat of what looked to be a black Jeep Renegade.

The O’Fallon Officers tried to be calm as she yelled at them through the window, acting erratically. At one point, she encouraged the officer to smash the window because she refused to get out of the car. He politely declined that invitation because, really, he didn’t want to hurt her.

At one point, the officer stepped away from the vehicle to speak with Chloe’s dad and clarify a few details about what was happening. This is when Chloe took the opportunity to put her foot on the accelerator and drive towards the home.

Even the Officers Seemed To Lose Their Patience

The officers watched as she drove up the lawn and hit the corner of the brick home, totaling the front of the Jeep. Unfortunately, the officers really didn’t have any choice but to break the window and force Chloe to come out.

What could have easily been just a conversation and a potential solution between the family escalated into something much more. Even the officers seemed to be over Chloe’s behavior as well, as one of them said, “You’re a spoiled adult.”

It seemed that Chloe wasn’t finished there, as she replied to that with, “At least I’ll get to eat in jail.”

Things Somehow Got Even Worse After the Arrest

Apparently, the fun didn’t stop there for the officers. Chloe had complained about her shoes, wallet, and phone while being detained and placed into the police car for transport.

She even kicked and spat at a female officer, presumably because there really wasn’t anything else she could do in handcuffs. Chloe was taken to a hospital to have any medical issues and injuries assessed, but she wasn’t any better there.

She also attacked a nurse, though it is unclear what the exact incident at the hospital was, as the incident report for this specific case could not be located.

What Could Have Been a Conversation Became a Crime Scene

As a result of the whole ordeal, Chloe was charged with aggravated battery on a nurse, aggravated battery on law enforcement, criminal damage to property, trespassing, reckless driving, and resisting arrest. The state of Missouri does not use the term ‘aggravated battery,’ so it is unclear if the charges named in the video are entirely accurate. Prosecutors would have more likely charged various types of assault instead.

As a result, if officially convicted of these crimes, she could serve several years in prison, thousands of dollars in fines, restitution to pay for the damages, probation or supervised release, and a permanent felony record.

While there was no police report available for this April 5, 2026, incident, it doesn’t appear that anyone was severely injured as a result of the crash. The car did need to be towed, though it is unclear if the car worked at all after the incident.

What started as a minor incident between a parent and their child really turned into something much larger and unnecessary. As with all criminal cases, the suspect is considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
