Texas Woman Returns Home To Find Cars Covered in Spider Webs

A woman in Little Elm, Texas, left home for almost two weeks and, once she returned, came across what many would consider a horrifying scene. Her cars were covered with spider webs, and, as expected, everyone who came across the clip became part of a collective online freakout.

The arachnophobia-inducing clip was shared online by TikTok user Chaser Chelsea. As her name implies, she is a storm chaser, and she shares storm-chasing content routinely with her thousands of followers online.

A public speaker too, Chelsea often sees herself traveling due to her endeavors. In this case, as confirmed by her in the comments, she and her husband were gone for 11 days.

This time period sufficed to make her driveway a place of horrors. Once she came back, she knew the spiders had come to collect.

Chelsea’s clip first showed off her SUV’s right passenger door handle. Spiders had woven webs all around it. The same applied to the car’s wheel.

As the Texas woman attempted to move around, she came across an aerial web that wasn’t visible but very noticeable once it touched her leg. She chose to do a “karate chop” with her foot to get rid of it.

Then she found that spiders had woven webs connecting her truck and her SUV. She was shocked, to say the least, and planned to drive away in an effort to peel all the spider webs right off.

“That is insanity,” the woman said.

A Plethora of Issues

In a follow-up clip, Chelsea shared she and her husband had discovered a “plethora of issues” after arriving home. One of them included cut internet lines, which is arguably quite a nuisance.

She then addressed the spider in the room, saying that they have a “crazy spider population.” Living by Lake Lewisville did the trick, unfortunately.

“We have someone come out twice a year, spring and fall, and sprays our yard, sprays inside the house, and it’s still bad,” Chelsea said. Meanwhile, her husband was outside washing all three of their vehicles.

Since the fear of spiders is pretty common, many viewers were concerned that the arachnids had flooded Chelsea’s vehicles and their home. Some were just straight-up horrified.

Could be worse. Could be my problem,” one said. Another one added, “Those are their cars now. I think you need to get a new one.”

In a third follow-up, Chelsea showed a huge spider in her bathtub, confirming her followers’ worst fears. Her husband used a plastic cup and a towel to transfer it to the yard, not before it moved and jump-scared Chelsea one last time.
