Imagine buying a Ford Mustang, the car of your dreams, only to find that the Homeowners Association is after you and that they threatened to call the police on you. That is exactly what seemed to happen to TikTok creator Bradley (@904saleen).
The TikTok user posted a series of videos on his account discussing what exactly happened. Bradley is the proud owner of a 1995 SN-95 New Edge Ford Mustang Saleen, which we have to admit is a very cool car. Yet Bradley says the Homeowners Association board doesn’t like him or his car.
He currently lives in a home owned by his father, and it is this HOA Board that governs the area, and that doesn’t like Bradley. That might sound a bit like overthinking, but the more Bradley explains what has been going on, the more it sounds plausible.
Incredibly, the whole saga started after the HOA decided to install speed bumps in the road, specifically to make it difficult for the Saleen Mustang to get around. If that doesn’t sound bad enough, then don’t worry, because this is seemingly just the tip of a very large iceberg.
This Is What the HOA Did to Bradley and His Mustang

As the muscle car had been lowered, Bradley already had some difficulty in getting around certain places. But the HOA then decided to get speed bumps installed in his area, with the muscle car now having had some damage due to this.
Yet things have gotten even worse for him. A video posted by Bradley in March showed that the HOA was trying to get his muscle car impounded. “They sent a notice accusing me of things that are not physically possible,” he said in the video. This is a car that Bradley has been working on and building upon for over seven years.
A notice said that his ‘1999 black Mustang’ was caught on camera in January during a burnout that had caused damage to community property. That damage turned out to be tire marks on one of the newly installed speed bumps. But Bradley had an alibi for this, and that was that he was actually around 100 miles away from the area at the time. The HOA president then stated that he caught Bradley stuck on this speed bump. While Bradley had trouble getting over it, as it was low to the ground, that would not constitute a burnout.
The Confrontation With the HOA Seemed To Go on and On

The saga around the Mustang seemed to go on and on. Bradley said the accusations led to a confrontation with the HOA president, who then said he would try to have the Mustang impounded. As he was getting tired of the situation, Bradley then decided to gate-crash the next HOA meeting, which didn’t go down well with the members, but something had to be done.
Incredibly, an update from Bradley in mid-August 2026 may well have resolved the situation. There is another man in the neighborhood who owns a black Mustang S550, and it is this man who is causing grief for residents. “Apparently, these old people don’t know the difference between that guy and me,” Bradley said. “This is a SN-95 New Edge Mustang, and the other car is an S550. They don’t even look close to each other,” he added. “So, this S550 has been in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. It’s loud. It’s black. And I think the old people just hear ‘loud black Mustang’ and assume that it’s me,” Bradley concluded.
What Will Happen Next?

There have been further developments in the case against Bradley. With the HOA president’s position up for reelection, Bradley is going to make sure he can’t serve in that role again after he threatened him and his car, as his father is considering running for the three positions that are up for grabs. And the first point of order? Remove the speed bumps that Bradley and most people in the neighborhood hate. This should eventually stop the hate towards Bradley and his car and ensure the other Mustang owner isn’t dragged into it.
