The video of an incident has gone viral on social media, sparking a heated debate in the comment section over who was in the right.
As is often the case, there are two sides to every story, leaving viewers divided as they take the side they believe is justified.
While details such as the time and location of the incident remain unknown, it has been confirmed that it took place at a gas station.
The footage shows a gas station employee pouring a bucket of water over a man in a wheelchair after reportedly asking him several times to move.
Gas Station Employee Wanted Him to Leave

It appears the gas station employee wanted the man in the wheelchair to leave, but he refused, prompting the employee to take drastic action. Footage shows him walking out of a convenience store and throwing water at the disabled man.
After having water thrown at him, the disabled man asked the gas station employee the reason for his action. The employee responded:
“Cos you don’t get the f*ck out of here.”
His next statement seemed inaudible, but he could be heard strongly saying, “Go away.”
The video was recorded by someone in a nearby car and posted by Clown World on X, which stated that the man in the wheelchair refused to leave the premises, prompting the employee to dump water on him.
It is unclear whether the man in the wheelchair left after the incident, but the gas station employee’s actions have raised questions.
While the full context of what led up to the confrontation remains unclear, some have questioned whether resorting to pouring water on the man was justified or whether the employee should have contacted the police instead of taking matters into his own hands.

Some Justify the Act, While Others Say Police Should Have Been Called
The post on X has received many contrasting comments, and some are shared below:
One user pointed out that the bucket had dirty water:
“That looks like dirty water with some liquid soap forming in it. At least give the man a few minutes to move after your commands.”
Another user said:
“Dumping a bucket of water on a guy in a wheelchair should always be last on the list of dealing with loitering.”
One user said they supported the action:
“I fully support this. Call the cops? So he can go to jail and be one more that tax payers have to support? Surely he got warnings to leave. Free shower. Not hurt. Should have listened and just left. Bunch of cry babies nowadays.”
Another user called it a disturbing act. They said:
“Disturbing that this has become some people’s idea of funny. What tf have we become?”
One user said the police should have been called:
“If it’s true – he was repeatedly asked to leave and he didn’t – then call the police for trespassing. This is uncalled for and could be classified as assault. Don’t let these people flip the script when you are trying to do the right thing for customers.”
This user said:
“Some of you don’t get how sick & freaking tired we are with the homeless hanging around our businesses, neighborhoods, parks, etc. They’ve made it legal. The nature park down the street from me has a homeless guy living there. He almost caught the park on fire. This guy was right”
Another user described it as an assault. They said:
“This is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen for that company.
“No matter how annoying or stubborn a person is being, dumping water on someone can easily lead to an assault charge or a slip and fall claim on the property. Just call security.”
