Riding a high-performance motorcycle is one thing, but performing dangerous stunts on public roads is another, especially when those stunts involve passing underneath another vehicle.
That is exactly what happened when a superbike rider infuriated a driver by speeding underneath his self-propelled crop sprayer, a reckless maneuver that could have ended in disaster if the driver had turned the vehicle even slightly.
Self-propelled crop sprayers are built with exceptionally high ground clearance to avoid damaging crops during spraying operations.
Taking advantage of that clearance, the rider squeezed beneath the agricultural vehicle while it was moving. The stunt enraged the farmer, who confronted the motorcyclist and even pulled out his phone to call the police.
Rider Takes a Huge Risk on Public Road
The video, uploaded to Instagram by Sam Nielsen, the rider himself, begins with him approaching a self-propelled crop sprayer on his BMW S1000RR. Traveling at more than 60 mph, he ducks underneath the agricultural vehicle before overtaking it.
The reckless stunt could have resulted in serious injury or even death had the crop sprayer’s driver turned the vehicle while the motorcycle was passing underneath it.
The video then cuts to a later scene in which the crop sprayer approaches the biker from the opposite direction. The rider appears to have doubled back along the same road, allowing the driver to confront him over the earlier stunt.
The driver climbs down from the tall vehicle using its ladder and immediately confronts the biker, asking, “What the f**k do you think you’re doing?”
The biker responds, “I can do whatever I want,” further infuriating the driver. The driver then pulls out his phone to call the police, but the rider has no intention of sticking around.
As the confrontation threatens to escalate, the crop sprayer driver tries to stop the biker by standing in front of the motorcycle and placing a finger on the windscreen. The rider, however, manages to escape, making an obscene gesture at the driver as he speeds away.
It is unclear whether the driver reported the incident to the police or whether any charges were filed against the biker.
