A man has taken to TikTok to express his distress after he said a tow-truck company ghosted him when he went to pick up his vehicle. TikTok user YBC Peso (@peso4hunnit) posted the video, which has around 42,500 views at the time of writing.
Incredibly, he doesn’t appear to have been the only one affected. The TikTok user said that there were five other men waiting outside the towing facility, all of them trying to get their cars back. He expressed his displeasure in no uncertain terms in the video.
According to Peso, the tow-truck company was sending all of the men straight to voicemail. One man even had to call the city to try to get the situation resolved, but they told the disgruntled men that there was nothing they could do and that it was a civil matter.
The men were told they couldn’t force the tow-truck company staff to come to work, but this man clapped back and said they were being ignored on purpose. “They are purposely ignoring us,” the caller claimed, stating that the business was open.

The six men were waiting outside the gates of NRJ Towing in Orlando, Florida, and were trying to get their cars back. “Man, I ain’t gonna lie, dog. You wake up in the morning, and your car got towed, and you see that these people right here at NFJ Towing got your [expletive], just know, dog. You [expletive] up,” said Peso. “They send everybody to voicemail,” Peso added, highlighting the struggles the men were having.
The man who called the city was then told that they would be able to get their cars back in the evening. But that only made the men more frustrated, as they’d been told to come to pick them up hours earlier and hadn’t been allowed in.
“Are you kidding me? You don’t even have nobody working the office dog,” said the disgruntled caller. “Yeah, we gotta contact triple BBB for sure. We got to contact the Better Business Bureau,” he added.
Thankfully for the six men, a worker did come to unlock the gate. They then went in and confronted the tow-truck company, and they managed to get their cars back at noon, as revealed in the comments section. But that was still several hours after they’d been told to turn up in order to get their cars back. It was little wonder that the men involved were so frustrated with the situation.
What Did Viewers Say About the Situation?

Quite a few TikTok users commented on the video to try and help Peso and the other men out. “If they’re within city limits, you can call and file a report with the city. I did it with Johnson Towing recently,” one person said.
Another said to file a complaint with the state, and one other suggested they should pay for the towing fees with their credit card, but the dispute was due to the delays they faced getting the cars back.
Sadly, none of this would get the time back they had spent simply trying to get access to their cars.
