A Florida woman called police after her BMW stopped on a bridge. When the officers began asking about drinking, she accused them of grilling her instead of helping.
Body Cam USA posted the bodycam video on November 6. The channel dates the stop to September 28, 2026. Officers found the car in the roadway with the woman behind the wheel.
While one officer tried to get the BMW working, another began checking whether she was fit to drive. She asked what oath they had taken and said they had a duty to protect her.
Officers called the driver Crystal. Guessing Headlights could not verify her full name, arrest record, bond, release, or court status.
A Little Help

The driver said the car had stopped without warning. She had been there for about 20 minutes. She lived nearby and said she had gone out to drive around the block and listen to music.
Moving the BMW would require a tow if it would not start. She could call one herself or choose between two firms police used. She agreed that towing made sense.
Opening the hood took some help, too. An officer asked how it worked, calling the BMW “too fancy for me.” The driver said it was too fancy for her as well.
Under the hood, an officer found a loose connection and tried plugging it back in. The car still would not start, so they still needed a tow.
On Her Terms
An officer said he smelled alcohol on her breath, which she denied. She offered to take a breath test, but he did not have the device with him.
When he asked her to do field sobriety exercises, she refused. He said she was slurring her words, which she denied. He warned that he would have to decide whether to arrest her based on what he had seen so far.
“Give me my license back and walk away,” she said. “You guys aren’t helping me.”
The officer then arrested her for DUI. When she wanted all the files in her trunk taken home, he offered to grab smaller items, such as her purse or phone.
On the ride to jail, she asked whether the officer had a mother. She then said his mother must not like him. He said she would have a chance to take a breath test at the jail. “That’s going to be a no,” she replied.
Another Driver Returns
A witness told police what happened before they arrived. She said she had seen the BMW moving, then found it stopped. She flashed her lights and honked, but got no response, so she got out.
The witness reported smelling alcohol when she reached the driver. As the driver kept trying to restart the car, the witness urged her to turn on the hazard lights.
Body Cam USA’s closing narration reports three misdemeanor booking charges: DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing, and refusal to sign a citation. It lists a $1,500 bond and release that afternoon. The channel says it could not find a matching court case as of November 5.
All parties are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
