A 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray with 655 horsepower and an original sticker price of $127,410 has just sold for $89,000 on Bring a Trailer. That’s a $38,410 difference for a two-year-old sports car that combines V8 power with an electric motor and all-wheel drive.
The Corvette crossed the auction block on October 23, 2026, with approximately 15,000 miles on its odometer. It was offered by its original owner, who purchased the car new and added several aftermarket upgrades.
This particular E-Ray is a well-equipped 3LZ coupe with the ZER Performance Package, finished in black with matching interior upholstery. It also features several modifications, including a lowered suspension, wheel spacers, and an aftermarket exhaust.
While $89,000 is hardly pocket change, it’s an interesting result for one of the quickest Corvettes Chevrolet has ever built. The new owner gets plenty of performance for considerably less than the car’s original retail price.
A Hybrid Corvette With 655 Horsepower
The E-Ray made history as the first production Corvette with a hybrid powertrain and all-wheel drive. Its mid-mounted 6.2-liter LT2 V8 drives the rear wheels, while an electric motor powers the front axle.
Together, the two power sources produce 655 horsepower, with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission taking care of gear changes. Chevrolet quotes a 0–60 mph time of just 2.5 seconds, which puts the E-Ray firmly in supercar territory.
The electric motor draws energy from a 1.1-kWh battery, which supports the front-wheel-drive system to boost performance rather than providing long-distance electric driving. This Corvette wasn’t designed for fuel savings.
Blacked-Out Looks And Plenty Of Equipment

The exterior combines black paint with Carbon Flash accents, a front splitter, canards, and a rear spoiler. Forged 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels have been refinished in black and wear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Paragon Performance lowering springs and wheel spacers give the car a more aggressive stance, while a Corsa Performance cat-back exhaust adds to the V8’s soundtrack. Carbon-ceramic brakes, Magnetic Ride Control, and a front-axle lift system are also fitted.
Inside, the 3LZ package brings Jet Black Nappa leather GT2 seats with Adrenaline Red stitching. Heated and ventilated seats, a head-up display, a Performance Data Recorder, and a 14-speaker Bose sound system are among the highlights.
A $38,410 Difference From The Original Sticker

The included window sticker confirms a total original retail price of $127,410. Its $89,000 auction result represents a roughly 30% reduction from that figure, although the comparison doesn’t account for taxes, fees, or the cost of modifications.
The Corvette also comes with a clean Carfax report showing no reported accidents or damage. With 15,000 miles already accumulated, this E-Ray has, thankfully, spent some time being driven rather than sitting untouched in a garage.
The winning bidder got themselves a well-equipped, modified Corvette with 655 horsepower and all-wheel drive. That’s a substantial amount of performance for $89,000.
