Buying a nearly new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 at a healthy discount sounds like a pretty appealing proposition. One buyer just managed exactly that, picking up a 2025 Corvette Z06 3LZ for $108,000 on Bring a Trailer.
The Corvette had covered just 2,400 miles when the auction ended on August 8, 2026. Its original window sticker showed a total vehicle price of $148,450, putting the auction result $40,450 below that figure.
That doesn’t necessarily mean the original owner personally lost exactly $40,450, since the actual purchase price, taxes, fees, and ownership costs aren’t disclosed. Still, the difference between the sticker price and resale price illustrates how much value this particular Z06 surrendered despite barely being driven.
The new owner, meanwhile, gets one of Chevrolet’s wildest modern performance cars with relatively few miles. Its naturally aspirated flat-plane-crank V8 produces 670 horsepower and revs with the character of something far more exotic.
A $148,450 Corvette For $108,000
This Z06 was purchased new by the seller and originally delivered through Paradise Chevrolet in Ventura, California. According to its window sticker, the car carried a total vehicle price of $148,450 after its factory equipment and options were included.
Its specification certainly wasn’t subtle. Competition Yellow Tintcoat Metallic covers the exterior, joined by Edge Orange dual racing stripes and Jake graphics, while black 20-inch front and 21-inch rear forged aluminum wheels provide some contrast.
The original buyer also ordered the roughly $8,000 carbon-ceramic brake package. Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with orange-finished calipers sit behind those wheels, while Magnetic Selective Ride Control and a front-axle lift system are also fitted.
Several aftermarket pieces were added during the seller’s ownership. These include a carbon-fiber front splitter and B-pillar trim, black front canards, additional vent grilles, and various engine-bay cosmetic upgrades.
Plenty Of Equipment Inside
The 3LZ cabin is finished in Habanero and Jet Black upholstery and comes with heated and ventilated GT2 bucket seats. Carbon fiber and microsuede cover the heated steering wheel, which also features carbon-fiber shift paddles.
Other equipment includes a head-up display, performance data and video recorder, dual-zone climate control, 14-speaker Bose audio system, and an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen. The car also has lane-keep assist, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-zone monitoring, and forward collision alert.
Bring a Trailer says the Carfax report shows no accidents. An oil change was also performed in December 2025, while all 2,400 indicated miles were accumulated under the seller’s ownership.
The LT6 Is The Main Attraction
Sitting behind the cabin is the Z06’s 5.5-liter naturally aspirated LT6 V8. Its flat-plane crankshaft helps distinguish the Z06 from the regular Stingray, while factory output stands at 670 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
All of that power reaches the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch transaxle. This particular example also has Chevrolet’s driver-selectable performance exhaust system, along with a yellow engine cover and engine-compartment lighting.
The result is a Corvette capable of delivering genuine supercar performance without relying on turbochargers or superchargers. Finding one with only 2,400 miles for $108,000 makes the performance-per-dollar equation even harder to ignore.
A Painful Sale, Or A Used Supercar Bargain?
A $40,450 gap between the original sticker price and auction result is substantial for a car barely one model year old. Bright Competition Yellow paint, aftermarket modifications, market conditions, and individual buyer preferences could all have influenced the final bid.
For the new owner, however, those considerations resulted in a low-mileage 670-hp Z06 at a significant discount from its original sticker, making this sale considerably easier to celebrate from the buyer’s side of the transaction.
