A tow truck operator sounded like he was fed up with a woman who tried to negotiate the $100 fee after she had parked her Mercedes on private property.
The video surfaced on social media and has gone viral because of the way in which the woman argued with the tow truck driver over the $100 fee, and most likely ended up getting her vehicle towed.
The tow truck driver was clear about his stance, and even told her where she could withdraw cash since she had her credit card.
However, the woman ended up calling the tow truck driver’s boss and then the police, making matters worse.
“I’m Tired of Talking to You”

The video, posted by @HistorianUSA1 on X, shows the woman standing between the tow truck and her Mercedes GLA 250. The initial conversation between her and the tow truck driver suggests they had been arguing for a while, and that the tow truck driver had told her all that she needed to know, including the options she had to drive her car back home by paying the $100 release fee.
“Just because you’re standing in the middle of the car doesn’t mean I won’t move. You can’t block me,” he said.
She was constantly on the phone with someone, seemingly the tow truck driver’s boss. She then asked the driver to “hold on” as he set up his equipment.
However, he responded, saying, “I don’t hold on. I’m tired of talking to you.”
He added:
“I told you what the price was; my boss told you what the price was. You’re driving a Mercedes, and you tell me you can’t pay for $100.”
The woman then informed him she was going to withdraw the cash, but she never left the spot.
She then asked the tow truck driver not to give her a hard time, which probably annoyed him further. He responded, saying:
“No, you gave me a hard time, so now I’m leaving.”
He continued to organize his setup to tow away her Mercedes.
The woman then asked him where she could withdraw the cash, but the tow truck driver was not having it anymore. He said:
“I told you where to go. You didn’t listen. Then you call my boss, thinking you’re going to get a deal.
“This is what happens when you sit tight and try to negotiate $25.”
The woman tried to convince him and even begged him to leave the car, but that did not work.
The Woman Calls the Police
Realizing that her car was going to be towed anyway, the woman called the police. The tow truck driver said to himself, “Then they call the police.”
The woman could be heard explaining her problem on the call while the tow truck driver remained undeterred by what was unfolding in the background and continued his job of attaching the Mercedes to the truck.
The video ends with the tow truck driver sitting in his vehicle after successfully attaching the Mercedes, saying: “These people man..”
It is not known what unfolded after the video ended or whether the police actually arrived at the scene. Should the tow truck driver have given the lady another chance by giving her a time limit to get the cash, or did he do the right thing by not wasting any time? Let us know in the comments below.
You park where you shouldn’t → car getting towed → you try to negotiate the $100 fee down by calling the driver’s boss 😂
