Mopar is celebrating its 90th anniversary with a special edition of the 2027 Dodge Charger. Called the Mopar ’27, the new package brings exclusive styling, carbon-fiber components, and a handful of performance upgrades to Dodge’s latest muscle car.
The special edition will be limited to just 270 examples, making it one of the rarer versions of the new Charger. Buyers will have a choice of two gasoline-powered models, both equipped with Dodge’s twin-turbocharged SIXPACK inline-six engine.
The Mopar ’27 will make its public debut at the NHRA Las Vegas Nationals, running from October 30 to November 1, before appearing at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The aftermarket exhibition takes place from November 3 through November 6.
The package costs $10,995 on top of the donor vehicle’s price, regardless of which version buyers choose. Dealer orders are scheduled to open in January 2027, with production beginning in the spring.
Carbon Fiber And Exclusive Mopar Styling

The Mopar ’27 package includes a carbon-fiber hood with a functional scoop, a carbon-fiber front splitter, and a matching rear spoiler. All three components come from Dodge’s Direct Connection performance parts catalog.
The upgrades also include a cold-air intake, distinctive hood and bodyside graphics, and special Mopar anniversary badging. Each car receives a serialized plaque under the hood and a unique dashboard badge.
Buyers can choose from three exterior colors: Bludicrous, Diamond Black, and White Knuckle. Dodge will build 90 examples in each color, commemorating Mopar’s nine decades in business.
Two Versions With Up To 550 Horsepower
The package is available on the two-door Charger R/T and Charger Scat Pack Plus. Both feature a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six, standard all-wheel drive, and an on-demand rear-wheel-drive mode.
The Charger R/T produces 420 horsepower and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds. Dodge also quotes a 12.9-second quarter-mile time.
The Scat Pack Plus increases output to 550 horsepower, reducing the 0–60 mph sprint to 3.9 seconds and the quarter-mile to 12.2 seconds. It also comes with leather performance seats, 20-inch wheels, and additional appearance packages.
Only 270 Examples Will Be Built
Of the 270 Mopar ’27 Chargers planned, 243 are destined for the United States and the remaining 27 for Canada. Every buyer will receive an exclusive owner’s kit containing a certificate of authenticity and a personalized vehicle illustration.
Dodge will also display optional Direct Connection accessories at SEMA, including a performance exhaust, upgraded suspension springs, and 21-inch Brass Monkey wheels. These parts are sold separately and are not included in the $10,995 package.
The Mopar ’27 marks the fourth time the Charger has received a dedicated Mopar special edition since 2011. Although it doesn’t bring back the Hemi V8, the limited production run and factory-backed upgrades give enthusiasts another distinctive version of Dodge’s new-generation muscle car.
