A New York traffic stop involving a stolen vehicle ended with four arrests after police discovered that three of its occupants had previous felony convictions. To make matters worse, the driver was also accused of operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs, adding another charge to an already complicated situation.
According to the Greece Police Department, officers received a license plate reader alert concerning a vehicle reported stolen from the Town of Webster on October 11, 2026, at approximately 8:33 p.m. Additional alerts helped officers track the vehicle as it entered a nearby shopping center parking lot along West Ridge Road.
Officers conducted a traffic stop and took all four occupants into custody without any additional confrontation mentioned in the department’s announcement. Police identified them as 39-year-old Henry Marlin of Albion, 35-year-old Robert Ball of Rochester, 40-year-old Henry Fiorino of Hilton, and 45-year-old Misty Middleton of Rochester.
All four were charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree. However, police say Marlin, Ball, and Fiorino are predicate felons, while additional charges against Marlin and Fiorino made the situation even more complicated.

The Greece Police Department said officers initially responded to the West Ridge Road area after an automated license plate reader identified a vehicle reported stolen from Webster. As additional alerts came in, officers located the vehicle entering a shopping center parking lot and stopped it before taking the four occupants into custody.
Police identified Marlin as the driver and charged him with driving while ability impaired by drugs, along with the stolen property and unauthorized vehicle use offenses. Monroe County custody records also list an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license, which was not included in the department’s initial announcement.
Ball and Middleton each face charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Fiorino faces those same charges, along with false personation, although police did not explain what identifying information he is accused of providing.
Jail Records Reveal Additional Charges and Outstanding Warrant
According to Monroe County custody records, Marlin, Ball, and Fiorino were classified as unsentenced following their arrests, with court appearances listed for October 16, 2026. The records also reveal that Fiorino has additional legal matters stemming from a separate arrest warrant issued through the Town of Gates.
Fiorino’s record lists several traffic-related offenses associated with that warrant, including unsafe passing, failing to stop at a stop sign, speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation, and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle. A separate court appearance for those matters is listed for October 22, 2026, although the available records do not establish when the underlying incidents occurred or whether they are connected to the stolen vehicle investigation.
The Greece Police Department confirmed that the stolen vehicle was recovered and that the Webster Police Department continued investigating the original theft. Additional custody information for Middleton could not be located in the provided records, leaving the department’s announcement as the available account of her charges while the four defendants’ cases proceed through the legal system.
