A bodycam video posted in September has drawn more than 1.7 million views as an unusual trespassing call in Urbana, Illinois, turns into a prolonged argument over warrants, an attempted break for the door, and a physical arrest.
The footage, published by the Bodycam Files YouTube channel, appears to document an older encounter involving Urbana police. Guessing Headlights could not independently establish the date of the incident from available public records, so the viral upload should not be mistaken for a September 2026 arrest.
What starts as a complaint from a man who says a woman entered his home without permission quickly becomes much less straightforward. The woman, identified as Victoria in the footage, says she had been invited over, while the man insists he did not ask her to come.
Before long, police discover another problem: Victoria has outstanding warrants.
A Complicated Call

The man tells officers that Victoria may have a key because she had previously taken one from his home and refused to return it. He asks police to make her give it back and leave.
The situation becomes murkier almost immediately.
When an officer enters, Victoria asks whether she can put her clothes on. The officer asks why they are off, prompting an exchange that appears to undermine the man’s claim that she simply appeared inside without being invited.
One officer later tells him that if he invited her inside, his attempt to have her treated as a trespasser could be invalidated.
The man repeatedly denies arranging for her to come over and offers to show officers his phone. Victoria, meanwhile, insists the man owes her money.
Police decide the financial dispute is something the pair will have to resolve separately and continue trying to get Victoria out of the residence.
Two Warrants
Then officers tell Victoria that she has two warrants for failing to appear in court.
The bodycam captures officers discussing an option that could have kept her out of jail: rather than immediately arresting her on the warrants, an officer says he intends to issue her new court dates.
Victoria disputes that the warrants exist.
Officers explain several times that she can provide the information needed for the paperwork, receive the new citations, and leave. At one point, an officer tells her plainly that the alternative is jail.
Victoria continues questioning the warrants and tells police she does not trust the man inside the apartment. An officer agrees to step away from him so she can provide her information separately.
That solution does not last long.
Things Turn
As the argument continues, an officer warns Victoria that she is nearing an additional resisting or obstructing charge.
She then questions why the body camera cannot be turned off. The officer tells her that state law requires it to remain on.
Moments later, officers move to arrest her.
The footage becomes chaotic as several officers struggle to get Victoria’s hands behind her back. Police repeatedly tell her to stop kicking and to release an officer’s leg as they attempt to control her.
Victoria continues demanding to know why she is being arrested and insists she does not have warrants.
The struggle continues outside, where officers work to place her into a patrol vehicle. Near the end of the footage, officers can be heard repeatedly warning about a Taser as the confrontation continues.
More Charges
Bodycam Files states that Victoria ultimately faced charges including resisting or obstructing a peace officer, aggravated battery on a peace officer, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass to a residence.
The channel also says she had an active warrant connected to a November 3, 2022, arrest in Bell County, Texas, involving an assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Guessing Headlights has not independently verified those final charges, the connection to the Texas case, or the disposition of the Illinois case through court records.
An arrest or criminal charge is not a finding of guilt, and the available footage does not establish how any charges arising from the encounter were ultimately resolved.
