Road rage incidents are scary enough when they happen between two drivers inside vehicles. They’re even more terrifying when one of those people is riding an electric unicycle with little more than a helmet standing between them and several thousand pounds of metal.
A delivery driver riding an electric unicycle recently captured a frightening encounter after he was nearly struck by a white SUV while traveling in a designated bike lane. Unfortunately, the close call didn’t end there.
According to the video, the driver of the SUV allegedly became angry after the near collision and proceeded to follow him. The situation escalated even further when the SUV driver followed the delivery worker all the way to a customer’s home, turning what should have been a routine delivery into a genuinely unsettling experience.
The video documenting the encounter has since sparked widespread discussion online, with many viewers criticizing the SUV driver’s behavior and expressing concern over the increasing number of confrontations involving cyclists and other micromobility riders on public roads.
The Situation Took an Even Stranger Turn During a Delivery

The video shows the motorist quite literally riding through a designated bike lane when he suddenly swerves left because of an oncoming SUV. From the looks of it, the driver didn’t even stop to see if anyone was coming.
However, he definitely saw the motorist because of what happened next. The video then cuts to later, when the motorist was making a delivery at a customer’s house.
From behind him, the white SUV can be seen creeping up to the curb to speak with the motorist. Fortunately, he had everything on camera, so it didn’t really matter what the other driver had to say.
Commenters Couldn’t Believe the Driver Followed Him
Commenters were shocked that someone would follow the motorist at all after the encounter. However, one person noted that recording the whole encounter, including the following, might have been a good thing, writing, “The fact he asked where you were is enough evidence 😭.”
Other comments focused on the driver’s anger towards the motorist, with one person writing, “So he stopped and then followed you because he was in his feelings?” and another writing, “The fact there’s literally anyone in the comments blaming you for a thing is absolutely baffling 😭.”
Fortunately, the confrontation does not appear to have turned physical, and the delivery driver was able to complete the drop-off safely. Still, many viewers agreed that being followed to a customer’s home crossed a serious line, serving as a reminder that road rage incidents can escalate far beyond the roadway itself.
