A Domino’s employee is facing criminal charges after police say he stole a vehicle from the restaurant where he worked and led officers on a chase through Cincinnati. Local12 Cincinnati WKRC reports the incident began Monday evening at the Domino’s location on Fourth Street in downtown Cincinnati.
According to authorities, the vehicle was taken around 5:30 p.m., prompting police to launch an investigation and search for the suspect. Officers soon located the stolen car in the Colerain area and attempted to stop it. Instead of pulling over, the driver allegedly fled, triggering a pursuit that stretched into the city.
The incident quickly drew attention as police worked to prevent the suspect from escaping while minimizing danger to other drivers and pedestrians. Authorities later identified the suspect through court documents as Ryan Fullbeck.
Police Pursuit Ends in Over the Rhine
After spotting the stolen vehicle, officers pursued it through multiple areas of Cincinnati. The chase eventually reached Over the Rhine, one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods, where police took steps to bring the pursuit to a safe conclusion.

Investigators said officers deployed stop sticks, a device designed to deflate tires and safely disable fleeing vehicles. The tactic proved successful, forcing the driver to stop near Fifth and Walnut streets.
Once the vehicle came to a halt, officers arrested the suspect without further incident. No injuries were reported during the chase, and police have not indicated whether any property damage occurred as a result of the pursuit.
The quick response from law enforcement prevented what could have become a far more dangerous situation, especially given the busy streets and evening traffic.
Court Documents Identify the Suspect
Authorities later identified the accused as Ryan Fullbeck through court records. Details surrounding the motive behind the alleged theft have not yet been released, and investigators have not disclosed how the suspect gained access to the vehicle.
Police have also not said whether the car belonged to the business, another employee, or a customer. Additional information could emerge as the case proceeds through the legal system.
Incidents involving employee theft are uncommon but can create significant disruptions for businesses and communities. In this case, the alleged theft escalated far beyond a property crime, resulting in a police pursuit across several parts of Cincinnati.

Officials have not announced what charges Fullbeck faces, though investigators continue to gather evidence related to the incident.
Investigation Continues Following Arrest
The case remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the full sequence of events that led to the alleged theft and subsequent chase. Police are expected to review evidence and witness statements as part of the ongoing process.
Law enforcement agencies regularly stress the importance of ending pursuits as safely as possible, balancing the need to apprehend suspects with public safety concerns. The successful deployment of stop sticks allowed officers to bring this incident to an end without injuries.
For residents and business owners, the incident serves as a reminder that unexpected crimes can quickly escalate into dangerous situations. Fortunately, police were able to take the suspect into custody and recover the stolen vehicle before anyone was harmed.
As the legal process moves forward, investigators are expected to release additional details regarding the case and the charges connected to the incident.
