2026 and beyond promise to be an exciting time at the Disneyland Resort, with new restaurants, attractions, and park expansions set to open or begin construction, such as an Avatar-themed land and a boat ride inspired by Pixar’s Coco. At the same time, the rides, restaurants, and magic guests know and love will continue to delight everyone who steps through those park gates.

Exciting Ticket Deal for California Residents

With the combination of openings, ongoing construction, and the park’s tried-and-true entertainment, the Disneyland Resort will offer California residents an exceptional ticket deal to entice visitors to experience the Resort on multiple days.

Starting December 3, 2025, California residents can purchase 3-day Park Hopper tickets for the Disneyland Resort for $249. Compare this to a regularly priced 3-day Park Hopper at $535, and that’s a savings of over 50%, coming out to $83 per day. And if you were to purchase regular single-day tickets in that same window, they would still cost more, even with tiered pricing. Those individual tickets range from $104 to $224. Add a park hopper, and that’s an additional $70 to $90.

These substantial savings are especially timely following Disneyland’s recent price increases, giving all California residents, not just Southern Californians, access to an exceptional deal.

Tickets are valid from January 1 to May 21, 2026, and do not need to be used on consecutive days, but park reservations are required. Full details are available here.

New Restaurants and Food for Downtown Disney

In addition to Disney’s California ticket deal, exciting changes are coming to Downtown Disney as part of a year-long revitalization of the food and shopping district. Set to be located atop the new Earl of Sandwich building is Gordon Ramsay at the Carnaby, a 60s-themed British gastropub.

Accordingly to the Disney Parks Blog, this new establishment will reflect the “Brit Pop energy of swinging ’60s London.” It will feature glamorous decor, British pop art, era-defining music, and Ramsay’s signature classic British cuisine, such as Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding.

This announcement comes on the heels of other restaurants set to open soon at Downtown Disney, including renowned Chef Joe Isidori’s Arthur & Son’s Steak and Bourbon, as well as Pearl’s Roadside BBQ.

All three restaurants will breathe new, exciting life into Downtown Disney and offer more variety than ever before. They add to an impressive list of eateries, including the recently opened Paseo, Céntrico, Tiendita, and Din Tai Fung, which joined the classic and beloved restaurants Jazz Kitchen, Black Tap, Ballast Point, Earl of Sandwich, and Naples Ristorante.

Ramsay’s 60s British-infused gastropub, especially, reflects the updated mid-century modern architecture seen around the area, while adding something fun and different with the London theming. Overall, these additions will add so much to Downtown Disney, making it even more of a destination for visitors, rather than simply a gateway beside the two parks.
