A white SUV ended up in a position that would leave just about any driver scratching their head. The vehicle was stuck at a steep angle on a raised structure beside a city street, with its rear wheels lifted high above the pavement.
The unusual scene was captured in a video shared by Instagram user Gordon SYIER Brown, who captioned the recording “Atlanta Halloween 🎃Night.” The footage shows the SUV outside a large glass-fronted building, surrounded by the glow of emergency lights.
From the street, the white vehicle looks as though it has climbed onto a raised concrete barrier and become stranded. Its taillights are still glowing, while blue lights flash beneath and around it.
How the SUV got there is another question. The recording begins after the apparent crash, leaving out the moments that put the vehicle in such a strange position. No cause or injury information has been independently confirmed.

The Instagram video slowly zooms toward the SUV, giving viewers a better look at how it is resting above the street. The rear of the vehicle is elevated, while the front sits lower near the sidewalk.

What Happened?
One of the biggest questions is how the SUV managed to get so far onto the raised structure. The video does not show the vehicle approaching the area, making a turn, or leaving the roadway.
It is also unclear whether the driver lost control, made a wrong turn, or encountered another problem. None of those possibilities can be confirmed from the recording.
The caption places the scene in Atlanta on Halloween night, although the exact street address and the time of the apparent crash have not been established. The building and nearby traffic signal provide some context, but they do not explain what happened.
There is also no confirmed information about who was driving, whether anyone was injured, or whether police issued any citations.
An Unusual Stop
The SUV’s position is what makes the recording so striking. Most of the vehicle is angled upward, with its rear sitting well above the surface of the street. Its lights remain on while emergency lights flash around it.
